1. General Provisions:
Returns and exchanges of metal-cutting tools are only possible for legal entities that have purchased our products.
All returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract and the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Reasons for return and exchange
Defective product: if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the stated specifications.
Error in packaging or delivery: if the delivered product does not meet the specifications in the contract or in the relevant document.
3. Return procedure
The customer sends a written notice of the need to return the product, stating the reason for the return.
An acceptance certificate in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 1290 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 3, 2008, "On Approval of the Regulation on the Acceptance of Goods by Quantity and Quality";
◦ The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use (unless the defect is grounds for return).
4. Replacement of goods
The item will be exchanged for an identical or equivalent item if the requested item is in stock.
If the item is out of stock, delivery times will be agreed upon separately or based on the contract.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges will not be issued if the product has been misused, modified or damaged by the customer.
6. Expenses
If a manufacturing defect or delivery error is confirmed, the company will cover the costs of returning or exchanging the product.
If the customer initiates the return without a reason specified in the contract, all costs are borne by the customer.
