2. Validity of the warranty period.

Reasons for refusal to recognize a case as a warranty case and satisfy the buyer's demands:
1. Expiration of the warranty period.
2. Wear and tear of the product occurs during its standard operation (use): natural abrasion, material fatigue, wear of the cutting edge during normal use, etc.
3. Violation of operating conditions. These include:
- Using the tool outside the permissible parameters (incorrect cutting modes, overload);
- Using the tool for purposes other than its intended use (e.g., using a metal drill bit for drilling stone);
- Failure to perform maintenance as specified in the instructions.
4. Mechanical damage to the tool: falling, improper installation on the machine, etc.
5. Unauthorized interventions: re-soldering, welding of tool parts, unauthorized repairs, tool modification.
