Who are we?

We, Iron Park LLC, are based in Minsk. We specialize in the selection and supply of metal-cutting tools, machine and tooling accessories, measuring instruments, and diamond tools. We are a member of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

How and with whom do we work?

We supply products exclusively to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs via bank transfer. Payment terms and delivery timelines are specified in the Invoice and the Contract.

How to find out the cost of a tool?

Current prices, technical specifications, product range, and operating modes — please check with our managers. For more information, contact the company's sales department.

For product information, commercial offer requests, invoice issuance, or contract arrangements, please contact our sales department using any convenient method.

Can I send you a photo of the plate (tap, cutter, etc.), and you can select an equivalent?

It is often difficult or even impossible to identify a tool and its specifications based on a photo alone. However, we will do our best to assist you in selecting the right option. To help us clarify your request, please include the following information:

  • the materials you are processing;
  • the depth of material removal;
  • type of machining: roughing or finishing;
  • processing modes and conditions.

Couldn't identify the plates, couldn't find them in the catalogues?

To help us clarify your request, please include the following information:

  • photo (if available);
  • your equipment (machine, tool holder, milling body, etc.);
  • the materials you are processing;
  • depth and type of machining;
  • processing modes and conditions.

This information will help us find the most suitable solution.

Do you send plates for testing/sampling?

The conditions for tool testing, including mandatory documentation of trials at your production site, are discussed individually with each customer. If you know exactly which tool from our range you need, please send a request to info@ironpark.by or to your personal manager with the note “Test Request”.

In what cases are returns and exchanges possible?

Reasons for return and exchange:

  • Product of inadequate quality: if the item has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the stated specifications.
  • Packaging or delivery error: if the delivered item does not match the specifications in the contract or related document.
