From April 7 to 10, the international specialized exhibition "Mechanical Engineering / Metalworking - 2026" was held at the Football Arena in Minsk, bringing together leading manufacturers of technological solutions and industry specialists.
At the exhibition, our company, Iron Park LLC, presented current solutions for the metalworking industry, covering several technological areas, including a solution aimed at improving the efficiency of production processes.
The main part of the exhibition was the updated line of metal-cutting tools. Iron Park LLC's exhibit included: tools from Tecken – designed for heavy-duty turning and milling, for working with large allowances and interrupted cuts. drills with replaceable carbide heads and indexable inserts, and boring systems from ACCkee.
МонАлиТ diamond tools were presented separately. These tools are designed for machining hard alloys, as well as glass-ceramics, quartz, glass, lithium niobate, polycor, and piezoceramics. Milling cutters, drills, and cylindrical heads are manufactured, including those made to customer specifications.
During the booth's operation, company specialists consulted visitors on the application of these solutions in various production scenarios.
At the event, our company presented the Pospeh Solutions automated tool storage system. This equipment is designed for organizing the storage, automatic accounting, and control of tool and equipment issuance directly in production areas of enterprises.
The system hardware is combined with fully localized software developed by a resident of the High-Tech Park (Republic of Belarus).
The system was presented in a live demonstration format: the operation of the MAX 80 automated tool cabinet, with a capacity of up to 1,600 items (up to 80 different items), with NFC card or username/password authorization, automatic tool return and inventory control, integration with corporate systems (including 1C), and compliance with information security requirements. The demonstration focused on the system's design and versatility, data security, and compliance with standards.
Visitors were able to examine the cabinet's appearance, functionality, and door locking system with tamper sensors. Key elements of the demonstration included two ways for visitors to authenticate: by login/password or NFC card (simulating a factory pass). The system demonstrated tool dispensing in 8-10 seconds. The process included selecting a tool name on a 21.5-inch industrial display, confirming the quantity, and dispensing. After dispensing, the tool could be moved to the Sharpening or Disposal compartment. Upon selecting a compartment, a unique identification sticker was printed for additional control.
As part of our exhibit, together with our partner, Mind Games Soft LLC, we presented a VR welder's simulator to specialists. The simulator itself is a hardware and software system for developing basic arc and semiautomatic welding skills in a virtual environment. The technology is designed to develop professional skills in a safe manner and eliminates the need for real materials during the preliminary training phase.
