«МонАлиТ» is a brand of diamond and elbor tools produced by Rus-Atlant MK LLC, registered in the Russian Federation.

The company specializes in the development and mass production of diamond and CBN abrasive tools for various industries. Development and production have been underway since 1992 using the facilities of a former space production facility.

Products include:

• diamond core drills;
• diamond countersink drills;
• diamond and cubic boron nitride grinding heads;
• diamond countersinks;
• profile and grinding diamond wheels;
• diamond cutting discs;
• diamond cutters;
• ruling pencils;
• ruling circles.

The company manufactures tools using its own patented technology for sintering diamond grains in a vacuum.
The production process includes molding, vacuum diffusion welding, machining, and geometric inspection. The company uses equipment to test the hardness, dimensions, and accuracy of work surfaces. An in-house quality control department is in place. The quality management system is ISO 9001 certified.

The products are designed for processing the following materials:

• hard alloys and hardened steels (HRC> 50);
• technical and optical glass, ceramics, sitall;
• natural stone (granite, marble);
• composite materials and semiconductors.
